HAU membership is a conditional and revocable privilege. HAU may refuse, suspend, revoke, terminate, or decline to renew any membership, access privilege, event participation, forum participation, or program eligibility as permitted by HAU’s Membership Agreement, Terms of Use, policies, and applicable law.

 

HAU maintains zero tolerance for conduct that HAU determines is detrimental to its mission, members, safety, operations, integrity, legal compliance, or reputation.

 

9. Donations and Payments

Donations, contributions, membership dues, and payments to HAU are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

HAU does not provide tax advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding the tax treatment of any payment made to HAU.

 

10. Emergency and Deadline Disclaimer

HAU is not an emergency service. HAU does not guarantee immediate responses to messages, applications, requests, or submissions.
